We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It had everything we needed, very comfortable, so spacious and a great location. The outdoor hot tub was amazing to relax in.

The Old Gatehouse can comfortably sleep 16 guests in the 7 well-equipped bedrooms. The property is arranged over 3 floors with most rooms having superb views over the surrounding countryside.

This Hen Party House is a beautifully renovated Grade II listed farmhouse set in 8 acres of garden and paddocks. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The farm has plenty of space with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms and a superb Johnny Grey designed kitchen. It is the ideal setting for a special holiday or important occasion to enjoy time with friends and family.  Your time at The Old Gatehouse will be even more relaxing now we have installed a Jacuzzi Hot Tub in the garden.
